Project description

The research project will focus primarily on analyzing the dissemination of information on various media channels over time and analyzing sentiment. A meta-goal of the project is to determine a new generation of KPIs. In the future, key figures from communication-driven channels will be used to determine and visualize the quality of digital brand management.
